This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for ASF Payment Solutions and our websites; http://www.asfint.com & http://www.myasfaccount.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website or to information provided by ASF clients related to their customers, except where stated otherwise. It will notify you of the following:

Definitions
ASF Payment Solutions ? Owner of this document and service provider to clients. Clients ? Organizations contracted with ASF Payment Solutions to provide payment and software services (customer management, billing, scheduling, etc.). Customers ? Individuals who have entered into a services agreement with the Clients. Services are normally for health club or martial arts activities.
Customer Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
ASF Payment Solutions maintains the customer information on this site on behalf of the ASF Clients. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use the information to perform billing & customer service relations on behalf of the ASF client(s). Customer data may be shared with a third party in certain situations: 1) If the ASF client leaves ASF to partner with a different vendor, ASF will share the data with the new vendor the ASF Client has chosen; 2) The ASF Client has chosen an outside vendor to perform collections operations for delinquent billing; 3) If the ASF Client signs a data release form to integrate customer data with a third party vendor. (i.e. CRM, Retention, Marketing, etc.) Unless customers ask ASF not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future marketing emails from us at any time. Your request to not be contacted will only impact marketing requests. ASF will still contact you regarding payment requests for as long as you have a contract with an ASF client or have an outstanding balance. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number provided on our website:
? See what data we have about you, if any. (Name/Address/Phone Number/Email/Billing data).
? Change/correct any data we have about you.
? Express any concern you have about our use of your data. ASF is required to keep all information within our databases if you are under contract with the ASF client. If you sever your relationship with the ASF client, we will delete your data after 3 calendar years. Registration
Customer data located on this website is submitted via the customer directly or provided to ASF Payment Solutions via an ASF Client who has collected the users? information. All data is used to facilitate the relationship between the ASF Client and that clients? customers/prospects. The information provide will only be used to facilitate the contract management between the Client & Customers. These processes can include the following items at a minimum: payment receipts, past due reminders, scheduling updates, or communications between the Client & Customer.
Sharing
Your member information is not shared with any outside parties except in the cases authorized by the ASF Client. Data shared is to facilitate business relationships or provide additional services the ASF Client has decided upon. (CRM Software, Retention Programs, Scheduling Apps, etc.)
Security
ASF takes precautions to protect customer information. When customers submit sensitive information via the website, information is protected both online and offline. Whenever ASF collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to ASF in a secure way. Customers can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of the web browser or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While ASF uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, ASF also protects customer information offline. Only authorized ASF employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which ASF stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Cookies
ASF may use "cookies" on the site(s). A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help improve access to the site and identify repeat visitors to the site. For instance, when ASF uses a cookie to identify a user, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on the site.
